Sport Specific Group Programming
Higher Power Performance will have group programming available starting off with Barrel Racing/Breakaway and Roughstock. In each of these groups there will be options for 3 or a 5 day workout program as well as bodyweight, dumbbell or full gym workouts.
When you sign up you will be able to access each type of program to make accommodations accessible due to the travel/time demands of the sport. Workouts will target the same muscle groups from program to program but will vary in specific exercise selection in order to achieve scheduled training.

athlete program
Higher Power Performance offers individualized athlete programming. This programming will cater to the athletes needs for demands within the sport, but also cater to the athletes personal schedule and accommodate needs as they change. Following the initial consultation between the coach and the new athlete, the athlete will receive their individualized programming via TrainHeroic. Coach will have check-ins with the athlete bi-weekly to provide information on how programming is going/what the upcoming accommodations may be.
